Constructed in 1899, this home features a fully remodeled kitchen that comes equipped with brand-new, full-size stainless appliances and ultra-modern, white cabinetry and countertops. Located just north of Central Park, South Harlem is home to many young professionals who work in Manhattan or one of New York’s other four boroughs. Due to its proximity to Columbia University and the City College of New York, this neighborhood is also a popular place to live among college students. With multiple bus and subway stops along the boulevards of South Harlem, this is an easily accessible neighborhood with tree-lined, walkable streets and beautiful public parks.
